Clip the Skipper unit on top of the cone

Pull the tape out to the desired length

Clip the tape into the next Skipper unit

Lock the button to prevent unwanted spooling of tape through wind etc...

Repeat the process as
necessary to cordon off any area you need

When there are no end cones available, simply wrap tape around post, fence etc... and clip back onto itself
